This confirmation will include the booking details such as the bungalow type, check-in and check-out dates, and the total amount paid. Please ensure the email provided during the booking process is accurate, as this will be our primary mode of communication.

Check-In and Accommodation:

Check-in time will be specified upon booking on the day of arrival. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Guests will be provided with keys and access codes to their bungalow.

Cancellations and Modifications:

Cancellations or modifications to the booking are subject to the cancellation and modification policies specified on the platform booked on. Please note that they may vary from platform to platform but will be clearly specified.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to arrive at The Surf Village without prior notification will be treated as a "No-Show." The total amount of the booking will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

While we endeavor to meet all special requests, please note that these cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
