Fulfillment Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2024
Booking Confirmation
Reservations at The Surf Village are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your booking agreement. You will receive a written confirmation via email with your dates, unit, and payment details.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and ACH bank transfer. A deposit is typically required to hold your reservation, with the balance due prior to check-in as outlined in your rental agreement.
All pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM on arrival day
- Check-out: 10:00 AM on departure day
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability
- Access instructions will be provided prior to your arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by booking type and are specified in your rental agreement. General guidelines:
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
- 14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund unless the unit is re-booked
We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances.

All summer rental bookings include:
- Fully furnished bungalow with linens and towels
- Beach chairs and beach badges
- High-speed WiFi (FIOS)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Air conditioning
- All utilities
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as found, respecting quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), and adhering to house rules. A security deposit may be required and will be returned within 5–7 business days of check-out, pending inspection.
