Fulfillment Policy

Booking Confirmation

Reservations at The Surf Village are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your booking agreement. You will receive a written confirmation via email with your dates, unit, and payment details.

Payment

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and ACH bank transfer. For bookings made on our website, a 50% deposit is due when you book, with the balance due 90 days before check-in.

If you book within 90 days of check-in, the full amount is due when you book.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM on arrival day
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM on departure day
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability
  • Access instructions will be provided prior to your arrival

Cancellation Policy

For bookings made on our website, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, unless you booked within 14 days of check-in. After that:

  • 91 or more days before check-in: Refundable minus a 10% fee
  • 61 to 90 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • 60 days or fewer before check-in: Non-refundable

Your booking confirmation shows the terms that apply to your reservation.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances.

What's Included

Every stay includes:

  • Fully furnished bungalow with bed linens and bath towels
  • One beach towel per guest
  • Two beach chairs per bungalow
  • High-speed WiFi (FIOS)
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • In-unit washer/dryer
  • Air conditioning

Two beach badges per bungalow are included from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Extra daily badges are sold at the beach entrance. Summer rentals also include all utilities.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as found, respecting quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), and adhering to house rules. There is no security deposit for summer rentals.
