Yes, all bungalows have central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, we provide all bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Beds are made and ready when you arrive.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, all bungalows have high-speed Verizon FIOS WiFi included at no extra charge.
Is there parking?
Yes, free street parking is available. Street parking is plentiful in the area and rarely full, even during peak summer season.
How far is it to the beach?
All bungalows are located about 4 blocks (5-minute walk) from Bradley Beach and the boardwalk.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, every bungalow has its own in-unit washer and dryer. Starter laundry pods are provided.
What about beach badges?
Beach badges are included! We provide 2 beach badges and 2 beach chairs per bungalow for your stay.

"Delightful! Clean, bright, modern interior. All one level & easily accessible. The bungalow is just large enough and conveniently located: 2 blocks from a variety of restaurants, 6 blocks from the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean! "When I had arrived at the bungalow the battery was out for the thermostat for heat. I got a quick response when I called about it, and someone was over in 5 minutes to replace the battery. You can tell they had done a lot of renovations, and the place was charming and well thought out. A Great location to Main Street. I was a single person staying there and felt very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in Bradley Beach!"
